There are so many diets out on the market right now and so many pieces of information floating around that even choosing a diet strategy can be difficult and overwhelming which may be why so many people just put it off. I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be so complicated and overwhelming. There is no need to deprive yourself of the foods you love to try and reach a goal you have in mind. This is a macronutrient based program. What this means is you will be tracking calories but more specifically proteins, carbohydrates and fats. I fell in love with the fitness industry years ago. I was going through a rougher time in my life and found working out to be my outlet to relieve stress and feel good. I was an avid gym goer for years however I never saw too much change in my body composition. I knew I needed to dial into my nutrition and really focus in on what I was fueling my body with.
