My Story
I fell in love with the fitness industry years ago. I was an avid gym goer for years however I never saw too much change in my body composition. I knew I needed to dial into my nutrition and really focus in on what I was fueling my body with. There was never a time where I thought I was an unhealthy eater I just didn’t really know how to properly nourish my body for achieving my goals. I found macro counting and it has changed my life and relationship with food. It is a flexible diet plan where you can factor in whatever you want to eat for the day as long as it stays within your macronutrient numbers. This is not a fad diet where you have to give up one food group entirely. This is a dieting plan that you will be able to sustain for life so you never have to “diet” again. What we put into our bodies everyday has a significant affect on the way we feel and our overall well being.
